The participating countries have also carried out an activity to raise awareness of the importance of recycling and to reach certain conclusions about the amount of waste generated at school or at home on a daily basis. Do you want to see the results and the conclusions reached?

Eco Math Week
The activity started on May 22 and lasted 5 days. At the end of each day, students weighed the waste (paper and plastic) they collected from the recycling bins. At the end of the fifth day, they created the bar graph of the amount of the paper and plastic waste they collected.
SHORT REPORT ANALYSING THE DATA
We collected in average 4.5 kilograms of paper (in total 22.5kg) and 0.5kilograms of plastic (in total 2.5kg) per day.
